Julia has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2015. Since then she has expanded her training specialities, to include: ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, ACE Weight Management Specialist and she is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist.
Julia’s experience and knowledge allows her to work 1-on-1 with clients to help them reach their goals. When beginning with a client she recommends meeting twice a week for 30 minutes to form a strong foundation to work and progress from. From here, time can be increased if desired.
Julia strives to have her clients feel comfortable and confident with each move or sequence they are performing. She has pulled from her group fitness knowledge to lead small group “buddy” sessions. This is a fantastic and affordable way for friends to come together to workout and hold each other accountable! Buddy sessions are normally 30- minute sessions and run for 5 consecutive weeks. A minimum number of five participants are required for this service.
